I run naturalbeautybyalcie.com on Magento and I want a custom extension that handles inventory management without tying into any outside CRM or ERP. The goal is to keep stock levels accurate for every SKU in real time, make bulk updates straightforward, and trigger low-stock alerts that my small team can act on quickly. Key functions I have in mind: • Dashboard or grid inside the admin area that shows current quantities, incoming purchase orders, and reserved stock. • Rules that automatically mark products as “out of stock” or switch them to back-order once they hit a threshold I set. • CSV import/export for quick adjustments. • Logging so I can review who changed what and when. The extension must install cleanly on Magento 2, follow Magento coding standards, and leave core files untouched for upgrade safety. Once delivered, I’ll test on a staging clone of the live store; final acceptance happens when the module runs error-free there and passes Magento compile/di:compile.
