I’m looking for an experienced Magento 2 specialist and Linux server administrator to reinstall Magento 2.4.8 from scratch on my existing Contabo VPS. The current Magento installation was updated incorrectly and now has multiple errors. I need a clean, stable, fully functional Magento installation without wiping or rebuilding the server. Important: The same VPS also hosts a Dolibarr CRM running on PHP 8.3, which must remain fully intact and untouched. I want Magento rebuilt properly inside the existing environment, keeping everything else exactly as it is. Scope of Work 1. Initial Environment Assessment Review current Apache/Nginx, PHP versions, and server structure. Ensure compatibility between Dolibarr (PHP 8.3) and Magento 2.4.8. Set up cronjobs, correct permissions, indexing, compilation, and production mode. 3. Performance & Infrastructure Optimization Configure and optimize cache (Redis, Varnish, Opcache — you can recommend the best option). Adjust and optimize Apache or Nginx settings. Verify and configure SSL certificates. Resolve existing stability, security, or performance issues. 4. Backup Configuration Set up automated backups (files + database). Ensure fast and reliable restore capability is tested and confirmed. Long-Term Maintenance (Ongoing Relationship) After the installation is stable, I want someone I can rely on for: Security patching (OS and Magento). Performance monitoring and tuning. Scalability improvements for traffic peaks. Regular checks on SSL, logs, caching, and backups. Occasional technical support when needed. Access Provided Root access to the VPS. Contabo control panel access. Access to current Magento and Dolibarr directories/databases. Deliverables Clean, functional, optimized Magento 2.4.8 installation. Dolibarr CRM fully preserved and working exactly as before. Automated backups set up and tested. Short technical documentation (key commands, backup paths, update steps).
