I want to build a complete membership-based loyalty and discount ecosystem from the ground up. The project covers a responsive web portal plus companion apps for both iOS and Android, all driven by a single cloud database and supported by ongoing maintenance. Core experience Members will join the club, move through tiered levels, and unlock exclusive discounts that participating merchants can publish in real time. A streamlined onboarding flow is needed for both consumers and merchants, and each user type—admin, merchant, and member—must see only the data relevant to them through separate dashboards. Key deliverables • Web portal designed for desktop and mobile browsers • Native or high-performance cross-platform apps for iOS and Android released to their stores • Secure cloud database, API layer, and hosting set up from scratch (open to AWS, Firebase, or your recommended stack) • Admin console with full CRUD control over merchants, offers, tiers, and user accounts • Merchant dashboard to manage offers, view redemptions, and track performance • Member dashboard showing current tier, available discounts, and redemption history • Ongoing back-end and front-end maintenance with clear update procedures Acceptance criteria The system must register and authenticate users without error, reflect tier changes instantly across web and mobile, and sync all discount redemptions in real time. App and portal submissions are considered complete once they pass store reviews and a two-week live stability window.
