I need a detailed 3-D LOD 400 model for a 2,500 sqm curtain-wall façade. The scope extends well beyond basic geometry: every façade panel, mullion/rail, and piece of secondary framing must be represented exactly as it will be fabricated and installed. The model has to carry full fabrication intelligence. That means brackets, anchors, and all fasteners or rivets are to be modeled, together with realistic sealant gaps so I can run clash and quantity checks straight from the file. A simplified version will not be accepted; I require the fully detailed option. Deliverables • Coordinated LOD 400 BIM model (.rvt or .ifc) containing façade panels, mullions/rails, secondary framing, brackets, anchors, and fasteners/rivets • Automatic panel numbering with an accompanying panel schedule (Excel or CSV) • CNC-ready DXF files for every unique panel or sub-assembly • Complete set of shop drawings in DWG and PDF, extracted directly from the model, ready for fabrication sign-off Acceptance The job is complete when the model opens without missing families, all elements sit within ±2 mm of design intent, and the exported drawings match the model one-to-one. I will run a geometry and metadata audit before releasing final approval.
