I want to launch a Zomato-style application focused on my city’s restaurants and diners. The platform will serve three audiences—customers who place orders, restaurant partners that receive and confirm them, and delivery personnel who fulfil them—so the workflow needs to feel seamless for all sides. Real-time delivery tracking is the number-one priority. Customers should see their courier move on a live map, receive status push notifications, and get accurate ETA updates. Building that reliably (GPS polling, socket connections or Firebase, background location permissions, etc.) is critical before we polish the rest of the experience. Beyond tracking, the usual ordering flow and restaurant catalogue will still be needed, but we can iterate on those once the tracking engine is rock-solid. I’m happy to reuse existing SDKs or white-label modules if that speeds us up; what matters is a production-ready Android and iOS build, basic admin panel, and APIs that can scale with local demand. I’d like to move fast—ASAP is not just a preference but a genuine business need—so please factor rapid prototyping, agile sprints, and frequent test builds into your approach. Share any similar apps you’ve shipped and outline the tech stack you’d propose (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Swift native, or another). Let’s lock in the scope and get a working build into the stores without delay.
