I’m building a consumer-facing fintech application whose core mission is straightforward: deliver seamless Loan Services and in-app consultancy. The product must let users calculate, apply for, and track loans entirely from their phones, then route each request to one of our partner banks or NBFCs. Scope of work The app needs three user journeys fully coded, tested, and ready for production: • Loan application process – intuitive data capture, KYC upload, document manager, and a secure hand-off to the selected bank/NBFC API or lead inbox. • Loan calculator – real-time EMI, interest, and tenure computations that update instantly as users move sliders or edit fields. • Loan status tracking – push and in-app updates at every underwriting stage so borrowers always know where they stand. Extra essentials – An “Apply loan online” hub that lists all partner offers (home, personal, auto, etc.) and lets me add or deactivate lenders from an admin panel. – Multi-bank/NBFC tie-ups: the architecture should make it easy to onboard new partners without a code rewrite. – Modern security practices (encryption at rest and transit, secure storage of personal data). – Clean, consultant-style UX where users can chat or schedule a call for advice. Deliverables 1. UX/UI wireframes and final designs 2. Fully functional mobile app (native Android/iOS or a high-performance cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native) 3. Admin dashboard for lender and application management 4. Source code with documentation and basic CI/CD setup 5. One-month post-launch support for bug fixes Acceptance criteria • A user can submit a loan request, receive an eligibility result, and view application status without a crash or dead end. • EMI calculations match standard bank formulas within ±1 ₹/month tolerance. • New lender records can be added from the dashboard and are visible in the app immediately after a refresh. • OWASP Mobile Top 10 issues are addressed in the final security review.
