The website will act as an online inventory store, enabling customers to view available stock, specifications, and item codes, and to place order bookings online (without payment integration). Core Functional Requirements: Admin Dashboard: Add, edit, and delete products with photo, specifications, and item code. Adjust product quantity (add/subtract) for inventory updates. Generate live Excel reports for stock movement (e.g., quantity reduced, added, etc.). Customer Interface: Browse all available inventory items live (publicly visible). Each product page to show image, specification, item code, and availability quantity. Customers can book orders online — no fund transaction required. Once an order is placed, an automatic order copy/email should be received by admin. The ordered quantity automatically reduces from the live inventory. Visitor Access: All visitors can view the same live inventory. Visitors can also book an order online, generating an order notification for admin. Reporting & Data Export: Real-time data export to Excel format, showing product movements, adjustments, and stock balance. Daily/weekly reporting functionality preferred. Additional Requirements: Clean, modern, and responsive UI (mobile and desktop friendly). Admin control panel secured by login credentials.
