Feel free to recommend a provider; Cloudflare or Google DNS are both acceptable, but I’m open to better options. • Integrate a customer-facing support ticketing system that lets users open, track, and close issues from inside the web app and triggers email notifications to my support email. Acceptance criteria 1. Production URL resolves correctly worldwide through Dynamic DNS. 2. All AI modules load without errors for concurrent user sessions. 3. Ticketing workflow is fully functional: submit, update, close, auto-notifications, and admin dashboard. 4. Deployment documentation left behind so future updates can be rolled out with the same process.
