I am developing a new collection in my Kolkata studio and need a skilled fashion professional to work with me in person on pattern making. The job is entirely hands-on: turning my sketches into accurate, production-ready patterns, tweaking fit on sample muslins, and advising on construction details. You should be confident drafting blocks from scratch, grading to multiple sizes, and refining patterns after fittings. Comfort with either manual drafting or tools such as Gerber AccuMark, Optitex, or CLO 3D is welcome—whichever lets us move quickly from idea to sew-ready pieces. We will work side-by-side for several days (or longer, if we click), so reliability and clear communication matter as much as technical skill.
