Job Description I am looking for a technically proficient developer with a background in Computer Science and Local SEO to build and manage a Mobile Mechanic Lead-Gen Engine. Your primary responsibility is to create and scale unique digital entities for mobile car repair services, ensuring each location dominates the Google Maps 3-Pack through automated "Trust Signals." Project Scope & Compensation • Phase 1 (Trial): Management of 3 initial locations at $300/month. • Phase 2 (Growth): Upon reaching Day 50 performance metrics, scaling to 10 locations per developer at $1,000/month. • Payment Trigger: Success is measured by the completion of the 50-day roadmap and the achievement of "Human Dialogue" metrics (verified customer interactions). Key Responsibilities & Technical Stack You will be expected to automate the following "Trust Signal" engines using Python: • Geotagging Engine: Use piexif/Pillow to inject precise Lat/Long metadata into provided job photos. • GBP Activity Bot: Use google-api-python-client to schedule 2-3 weekly posts with AI-generated, location-specific captions. • Citation Gap Scraper: Build a scraper using BeautifulSoup/Selenium to identify and replicate top competitor directory listings (Yelp, Bing, etc.). • GHL Integration: Connect verified profiles to High-Level (GHL) and set up Webhook Alerts via Telegram/SMS for leads not replied to within 5 minutes. • Hyper-Local Injection: Scrape nearby landmarks (stadiums, parks, etc.) to inject into the "Service Area" text for AI relevance. The 50-Day Roadmap (Milestones) 1. Stage 1 (Technical Isolation): Establish "Clean Room" environments using separate Chrome profiles/proxies, unique Gmails, and unique domains for each location. 2. Stage 2 (Launch & Verification): Setup Service Area Business (SAB) profiles. Manage phone/video verification prompts using provided "Proof of Life" footage. 3. Stage 3 (Infrastructure): Connect profiles to the GHL Hub and index URLs via Search Console. 4. Stage 4 (First Contact): Achieve 1 verified human dialogue per location. 5. Stage 5 (Scale): Maintain 2 unique customer dialogues per day, per location. Strict Operating Procedures • Technical Focus: I (the Client) provide the content/footage; your focus is the technical engine. • No Stock Photos: Use only the real mechanic photos/videos provided. • Drip-Feed Activity: All automated actions must be human-like; avoid spikes in activity to ensure account longevity. • Isolation: Every location must be treated as a completely separate entity with no shared digital footprints.
