I need a lean, proof-of-concept iOS mobile app that lets users interact with their smart-home devices from a single, clean interface. This is an MVP, so the focus is on getting a working build into TestFlight quickly rather than packing in every possible feature. Core scope • Build a native iOS app (Swift / SwiftUI preferred) that boots fast, shows a dashboard of paired devices, and allows basic on/off or similar state changes. • Implement local mock data first, but keep the code ready for an API or Bluetooth/HomeKit layer that I will supply later. • Simple email-based sign-in is plenty for now—no social logins needed. • The UI should follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines so it feels at home on iPhone. Deliverables 1. Xcode project with well-commented source. 2. One TestFlight build I can install on my own device. 3. A short README explaining setup steps and the stubs you left for future integrations. Acceptance I can launch the app, sign in, see sample devices, and toggle a state without crashes or obvious UI glitches. That’s all we need for this first iteration; if it goes smoothly I’ll open follow-up milestones for API hookups and Android parity.
