Intricate Silicone Cleaner STP Design

Customer: AI | Published: 12.01.2026

I need a production-ready STP file for a functional silicone microwave cleaner that will sit comfortably in a standard-size bowl (about 5–6 oz of water or vinegar). The exterior must be highly intricate, matching the licensor’s artwork line for line, with fins, edges, and character details sharp enough to mold yet durable in daily kitchen use. Beyond looks, the model has to behave: wall thickness and internal geometry should promote even heat distribution so the piece steams without warping, bursting, or leaving cold spots. Please build in the venting we discuss so every run reliably converts that liquid charge into a steady cloud of steam. I also want freedom to refresh the silhouette seasonally, so keep the surface data organized—parametric where sensible—to let us swap in new customizable shapes without re-engineering the core. Scope of work • Deliver an editable STP that the factory can tool directly. • Iterate with me, the licensor, and the factory until PPS samples are signed off. Minor tweaks for gate locations or material flow are part of the brief. • Supply strength/temperature simulations or hand-calcs that justify wall transitions and vent sizing so QA can approve the design with confidence. Tool keywords: SolidWorks, NX, MoldFlow (or equivalent), food-grade silicone design. Timeline is flexible enough for proper DFM, but I’d like first visuals within a week. Let’s create something that cleans a microwave brilliantly and looks great doing it.
