Industrial Plant Architectural Design

I need a full architectural design package for a new industrial manufacturing facility. The core of the project is to shape a practical, efficient layout that supports streamlined production while integrating generous storage areas for raw materials and finished goods. Site information, utilities, and production flow diagrams will be supplied the moment we kick off; what I’m missing is the expertly developed architecture that ties it all together—from concept through coordinated drawings ready for permitting. AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable BIM tools are ideal because the plant engineering team will plug your files straight into their own models. Sustainability and cost-effective construction methods must be considered throughout the proposal. Deliverables (hand-off ready): • Master site plan with building placement, truck circulation, and loading zones • Detailed floor plans and reflected ceiling plans highlighting manufacturing bays and dedicated storage areas • Building sections, elevations, and a structural grid coordinated with standard steel members • 3D massing model and two rendered perspectives for stakeholder presentations • Basic material and door/window schedules in editable format Acceptance criteria: drawings align with provided production flow, meet local industrial code clearances, and leave clear expansion lanes indicated on the site plan. I’ll review in two stages—concept and 90 % design—before final sign-off.
