Project Brief - Photorealistic Engineering Animation HydroFoamer GRP + Polyurethane Installation System We are seeking an experienced industrial 3D animation studio to produce a photorealistic, technically accurate animation of the HydroFoamer pipeline installation method. This is not a generic explainer video. It must accurately represent civil engineering, pipe installation, soil interaction and polyurethane expansion behaviour at a professional level suitable for regulators, utilities, energy developers and institutional investors. The animation will be used in technical presentations in Canada and Europe (hydropower, geothermal and energy infrastructure sectors). ⸻ Scope of Work The animation should clearly and realistically depict: 1. Trench preparation in native soil 2. Placement of GRP pipe (e.g. DN800–DN1000 class) 3. Spigot-and-gasket joint assembly 4. Injection of two-component polyurethane 5. Controlled foam expansion around the pipe 6. Formation of a structural support envelope 7. Load dispersion into surrounding soil (compression and shear zones) 8. Native backfill reinstatement 9.
