My plot measures 29 ft × 47.3 ft and I want a complete architectural floor plan paired with a photoreal 3-D rendition that I can review for my own reference and future decision-making. The work is strictly for personal use, so it doesn’t have to follow any local permit template, yet it does need to feel realistic enough for me to visualise room sizes, circulation and finishes. Style wise, I’m after a balanced blend of Modern + Traditional + minimalist. In practice this means clean lines and an uncluttered layout, but with a few warm, familiar touches so the house never feels cold or overly stark. I’m open to your interpretation of how the three influences can co-exist, as long as the final result looks cohesive. Deliverables I will need • Scaled floor plan in PDF and editable format (DWG or equivalent) showing walls, windows, doors, furniture suggestions and accurate dimensions. • At least two high-resolution static renders—one exterior, one interior—plus the native 3-D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar). • One revision round after I send feedback so we can fine-tune layout or materials.
