The current website already has a modern structure and branding which should largely remain. The goal is to improve the structure, messaging, imagery, colour contrast and overall visual impact so the site feels more like a modern technology-focused recruitment firm rather than a generic template site. Key Improvements Required The developer will need to: • improve the homepage layout and section structure • improve the hero section (headline, layout and image) • replace generic stock images with technology-focused imagery • remove misleading client logos from the homepage • add several new homepage sections • create a Hire Talent page for companies • improve the jobs section and job pages • improve the site colour palette and contrast • add legal pages (privacy policy, cookie policy etc.) • improve the footer and navigation • ensure the website works properly on mobile Design Direction The updated design should feel closer to a modern technology consultancy or engineering-focused company, rather than a traditional recruitment agency. The site should clearly communicate the types of roles supported, such as: • CTO • Head of Engineering • Head of Architecture • Cloud Engineers • DevOps Engineers • Software Engineers Colour / Contrast Direction The current website feels slightly bland and low contrast. I would like the updated website to use a stronger modern technology-style colour palette, ideally with: • darker backgrounds or darker contrasting sections • teal accent colours for buttons, highlights and links • improved contrast between sections • cleaner visual hierarchy The aim is to make the site feel more modern, sharper and more technology-focused, while still remaining professional and easy to read.
