Description: We need someone experienced with HubSpot CRM to review our current setup and make sure everything is properly configured and fully functional. If the current setup is not good, you will create a new and improved setup from scratch. Your tasks will include: - Review the current HubSpot CRM setup – Check how everything is organized, including contacts, pipelines, integrations, and workflows. - Set up a new CRM if needed – If the existing setup is not efficient, rebuild it properly with best practices for data structure, automations, and tracking. - Configure CRM settings for optimal functionality – This includes adjusting pipelines, forms, custom fields, reports, and automations for smooth use. - Ensure data accuracy and synchronization – Make sure all data is clean, updated, and properly synced across all connected platforms (e.g., website contact forms, email integrations, etc.). - Provide basic training on CRM usage and features – Record a training video where you explain how to use the CRM, key features, and how our team can manage leads and contacts efficiently. Important: - This project needs to be completed ASAP. - The budget is limited, so do not bid above the set budget; otherwise, your message or bid will not be considered. - Communication and clear updates during the process are required.
