We operate a non-medical home care agency similar to FreedomCare.com, where family members can become paid caregivers for their loved ones through Medicaid. Here’s what we need: 1. Public Website (Client-Facing) Informational site modeled after www.freedomcare.com. Includes: About Us, Services, Eligibility, Contact Us, FAQs, and Join Our Team. Interactive forms for client onboarding and caregiver applications, integrated with our CRM (we currently use Sales force pro Suite, but want to have have are own Internal Staff Dashboard if it is possible. A secure staff portal for office and field employees to log in. Includes: New hire onboarding (E sign forms, background check links, document upload) Esign Documents in Personson or Fill and Send Caregiver and client management dashboard /payments received from Medicaid and the daily amount Reminders for Certifications that are due or upcoming Daily tasks and announcements 3. LMS / Training Portal A learning management system for staff and caregivers to complete required training (CPR, HIPAA, EVV, orientation videos, etc.). Ability to upload videos, PDFs, and quizzes with progress tracking and certificates. 4. Payments Caregivers are paid via payroll, not through the website. 5. Backend Goals Everything should be manageable from an admin dashboard where we can add staff, manage onboarding, track completions, and export data easily.
