Hiring: Crowdfunding Expert (Equity / SaaS) We are preparing to raise USD XX,000,000 for ShareStack, a B2B SaaS platform that enables startups, agencies, and freelancers to legally share SaaS subscriptions via seat management, billing automation, and compliance controls. This is a serious, structured raise. We already have: a)Investor-ready pitch deck b)Visual product mockups c)Clear MVP scope & roadmap d)Defined use of funds We are now looking to engage an experienced crowdfunding expert to lead the campaign execution. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a professional who has real, verifiable experience in: 1.Equity or hybrid crowdfunding campaigns 2.Raising $1M+ (or multiple six-figure raises) 3.SaaS, B2B, or subscription-based businesses Platforms such as: i. Seedrs ii. Crowdcube iii. Wefunder iv. Republic v. StartEngine vi. Similar regulated platforms vii. This is not a generic digital marketing role.
