My name is Ryan, I’m looking to bring an experienced digital crown designer onto my team to handle a steady daily flow—typically the amount per day varies and most are single-unit cases every weekday. My lab works in the United States, so clear written and spoken English is essential for quick clarifications and same-day feedback. Workflow & tools • Preferred CAD platform is 3Shape; I can supply original scan files and order forms directly from Dental System. • Exocad is available if you’re more comfortable there, but please be ready to export the final restoration back to 3Shape standards. • Finished crowns must arrive as clean STL files—fully seated, occlusion checked, and margins respected. We do not need shading, coloring, or texture maps; a plain geometry file is perfect. Turnaround & volume Cases are uploaded during the day, and I ideally have the STL back in the inbox the following day so my milling crew can stay on schedule. While single units dominate, occasional three-unit bridges appear; I’ll flag those in advance. Consistency, speed, and reliability matter more to me than elaborate surface artistry. Acceptance criteria • STL imports into 3Shape without errors • Margins precisely followed; no ledges or under-cuts introduced • Occlusal contacts within ±50 µm of prescription • File named exactly as provided order number If you’re confident designing a high volume of conventional crowns with this level of repeatable quality, send a short note about your experience with 3Shape (or Exocad), typical daily capacity, and your per-unit rate in USD. I review messages twice daily and will need to see some examples of prior work as well as a couple of free trial to make sure we are on the same page. Do not pay attention to the budget information
