High Precision Plastic Gear Design

I need a replacement gear modeled for 3-D printing. It is the small plastic gear you usually find inside a CD player drive and has to mesh perfectly with the surrounding train, so dimensional accuracy is critical. The gear will ultimately be printed in plastic, so tooth profile, wall thickness, and fillets must all suit common desktop FDM or resin printers. What matters most to me is high precision: the finished part must drop straight into the mechanism with no extra sanding or shimming and run quietly. Please base the geometry on standard spur-gear calculations; if you spot a better geometry that still meets the CD-player layout, let me know before finalizing. Deliverables • Parametric CAD model (STEP or native SolidWorks / Fusion 360) • Print-ready STL file • A short note showing module, pressure angle, tooth count, and any tolerances you applied I will supply photos and rough caliper measurements of the original gear as soon as we start; if you prefer working from a scan, let me know and I can arrange one.
