High-Detail Modern MDF Frame Carving

I have a single photograph of a contemporary frame that I need reproduced as a relief carving for a 25 mm MDF board measuring 1,450 mm × 790 mm. The brief is straightforward: capture every line and contour from the reference image in high detail while keeping the overall aesthetic distinctly modern. You may work in Rhino, Fusion 360, ArtCAM, Vectric Aspire or any comparable CAD/CAM package, so long as the results meet the following acceptance criteria: • An editable 3D model of the full frame (STL or STEP/IGES preferred) scaled exactly to 1,450 × 790 mm and limited to 25 mm maximum depth. • A CNC-ready file or tool-paths tailored for a standard 3-axis router cutting MDF (post-processor format can be discussed). • Clean, watertight geometry with no undercuts that would block the milling process. • Up to two minor adjustment rounds once I preview the mock-ups. Provide an estimated turnaround and note which software you intend to use so I can match post-processor settings on my end. The moment I approve the final files, I’ll move straight to production, so accuracy is everything here.
