I’m launching a new awards programme on a WordPress site that runs Gravity Forms, and I need a brand-new form built from scratch. The form’s purpose is to gather complete award entries, so it has to capture: • Nominee details (name, organisation, contact info) • The chosen award category • Supporting documents or media uploads (PDF, DOCX, ZIP, up to 50 MB) • Judge and entry registration data • A section where judges can record individual scoring Field names, layout and conditional logic should be clean, intuitive and fully responsive. I’ll supply the final list of categories and scoring criteria; I just need you to configure the fields, validation rules, file-upload limits and notifications inside Gravity Forms, then hand over an exportable JSON file (or configure it directly on my site if you prefer). Acceptance criteria – Front-end tested on desktop and mobile with no styling conflicts – All data saved to WordPress and visible in the Gravity Forms Entries screen – Admin email confirmations sent correctly, including links to any uploaded files – Clear hand-over notes so I can duplicate or tweak the form in future If you’ve already built awards, grant, or scholarship forms in Gravity Forms, that experience will help.
