I’m setting up a fully-automated order tracking and scheduling workspace in Google Sheets. The sheet will pull inputs from Google Forms and route status messages through WhatsApp so every step—from customer registration to final feedback—stays in one connected loop. Core workflow • Google Forms will capture customer registration details, order booking information, execution feedback, QC results with certificates, and payment-tracking data. • App Script behind the sheet must translate each form submission into structured rows, triggering automated data entry, real-time status updates, and custom summary reports. • WhatsApp integration should push order-tracking notifications, collect quick feedback, register new customers, and handle payment confirmations or reminders, all by replying to simple message prompts. Because I plan to rely on ChatGPT for drafting conversational replies, generating on-the-fly formulas, and creating quick user guides, familiarity with the OpenAI API is important. Deliverables 1. A Google Sheets file with protected master data, dynamic dashboards, and filterable views. 2. Google Forms templates mapped to the sheet’s columns. 3. App Script (or Appsheet) code that automates data entry, status changes, and WhatsApp messaging. 4. A brief how-to document and short Loom/video walk-through showing setup, maintenance, and customization. The build should be modular so I can add future stages—extra QC checks, new payment gateways—without rewriting the entire script. Once everything runs smoothly (all form inputs reflected within seconds, WhatsApp messages delivered and logged, and reports updating automatically), the task is complete.
