Google Ads Tracking + Campaign Optimization (Webflow, Zoho, Stripe) Protect Existing Performance About the Business We run a B2B legal and compliance service (process agent appointments). Our system is fully automated: clients complete a Zoho Form, pay via Stripe, and instantly receive a signed document. Google Ads is our main lead source for over two years. We’re now ready to improve tracking and campaign structure, but we need someone who can do it carefully while keeping all current performance intact. What We Need We have: Working Google Ads campaigns (2 ad groups: UK and Rest of World) Automated payment system via Zoho Forms and Stripe (on a Webflow site) Decent performance, but poor visibility on which ads bring higher-value sales We want to track revenue accurately and tidy the ad structure without risking any downtime or performance loss. Project Goals -Tracking and Analytics Setup Audit existing Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager setup. Implement full conversion tracking for: Zoho Form submissions Stripe payments (include transaction amount) Pass revenue values from Stripe to GA4 and Google Ads. Build a simple Looker Studio dashboard showing: Conversions, revenue, and ROAS by campaign and keyword Cost per lead and average order value - Campaign Optimization (Safe Restructure) Duplicate current campaigns. Do not edit live ones. Reorganize ad groups by intent (for example: Hire Process Agent, Legal Process Agent, Offshore Clients). Add negative keywords, improve match types, and optimize location targeting. Test new structure gradually while keeping current lead flow stable. Review location settings to separate: UK users physically in the UK (“Presence”) Overseas users searching for UK services (“Interest”) The goal is to track and optimise these audiences separately without overlap or lost reach. Requirements Proven experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 Deep understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking including revenue imports Familiar with Webflow, Zoho Forms, and Stripe integrations Experience with Looker Studio for reporting Able to explain setup clearly (short Loom video or handover document) Understands safe testing practices. No editing of live campaigns until approved Knowledge of Google Ads location targeting (Presence vs. Interest) Deliverables Accurate, verified revenue tracking setup Clean, tested campaign structure Correct location targeting (UK Presence vs. Overseas Interest) Custom Looker Studio dashboard Short video or documentation walkthrough No disruption to current campaign performance Timeline Timeline: 10-14 days total Must work on duplicated campaigns only.
