I’m already running GoHighLevel and CENTERFY Voice AI, but I need someone to walk me through creating customer-support automations from scratch. My immediate goal is to design an end-to-end workflow that handles Email, Phone, and Chat inquiries without me touching the keyboard after the first trigger fires. I’m comfortable with the basics of both platforms; what I’m missing is the practical, step-by-step know-how—how to map the customer journey, which triggers to choose, when to hand off to a human rep, and how to weave CENTERFY’s voice agent into the flow so callers feel they’re talking to a real assistant. Think of it as a hands-on coaching engagement rather than a one-off build.
