I’m building a sales-focused CRM from the ground up and need a developer who can handle both the React.js front-end and the back-end API. The core of the product is very clear: give my team a fast, modern workspace that lets them see leads, contacts, and performance numbers at a glance. Essential features • Lead tracking – create, update, and move leads through custom stages • Sales reporting – dashboards and exportable reports that refresh in real time • Contact management – unified profiles with activity history Tech expectations The UI must be written in React (hooks, functional components, and clean state management). I’m open on the server side—Node/Express, Django, or another proven framework—as long as it exposes a well-structured REST or GraphQL API that the React app can consume. Authentication, role-based permissions, and unit tests should be part of the build. I’m not yet sure whether we’ll connect to an existing database or spin up a new one, so I’ll look to you for guidance on schema design and migration strategy. Deliverables 1.
