I currently have UI prototype screens only (design images) for a Facility Service Management app. There is no existing code or backend yet. Everything needs to be built from scratch. The app will have three roles: Client, Supervisor, and Admin. Clients should be able to request services. Supervisors should view requests and assign workers. Admins should manage users and services through a simple web panel. I need: 1. Android app development (Java or Kotlin) 2. Backend development with REST APIs 3. Database design (MySQL or similar) 4. Simple Admin web panel 5. Hosting and deployment (AWS / Firebase / similar) 6. Basic documentation (DFD + System Architecture + API list) UI design images will be shared with the selected developer. I’m open to suggestions on tech stack, as long as it is scalable and well documented. If you can take this project from UI prototype to a working product, please share your approach, timeline, and cost estimate.
