Core experience • Shoppers: fast search, rich filters, detailed event pages, secure checkout, stored profiles, and real-time booking confirmation. • Vendors: self-service onboarding, inventory calendar, tiered pricing, promo codes, analytics, payout management. • Admin: full CMS, dispute workflow, commission settings, and granular reporting. Technical expectations Modern, mobile-first UI (React, Vue, or similar), scalable back-end (Node, Django, or Laravel are fine), integrated payment gateway, calendar sync, reviews & ratings, SEO-friendly URLs, and cloud deployment with basic CI/CD. Clean code, clear documentation, and hand-over of all source files are mandatory. Acceptance I’ll consider the project complete once the platform is live on my domain, all core flows—from signup to successful event booking and vendor payout—run smoothly, and I have administrator access with the ability to add or edit content without touching code.
