I need a skilled frontend developer to refine and properly code a small interactive questionnaire module (HTML/CSS/JS). The base version already exists with full logic and structure. Now it needs to become clean, interactive, and visually polished. This is a contained front-end component, not a large platform. What you will do: • Rebuild/clean the existing HTML/CSS/JS • Propose visual style options and UX concepts (your creative input is welcome) • Implement a smooth multi-step flow (cards/tabs) • Add light transitions and interactions • Make it fully responsive • Deliver a polished final version ready to go live You will receive: • Current working file • The finalized question set • Brand palette and general guidelines (not strict — you can propose alternatives) Important: I do not want to restrict you to one specific visual mockup. I want to see what you propose for UX + visuals based on best practices. You may show different layout or interaction ideas.
