Core scope • Shipment Tracking – live, real-time updates are non-negotiable so that every leg of a shipment is visible to clients and internal teams the moment it happens. • Sales & Quotation – generate quick quotes, convert them to bookings, and carry those figures straight into finance. • Finance – handle invoices, receivables, payables, and standard reports while linking seamlessly with the operational data. Everything needs to sit in one cohesive database, accessible via browser (desktop first, mobile responsive).
