I am putting together the very first core team for Vionex Studios. We already have eight confirmed client projects waiting—ranging from full-scale web platforms to cross-platform mobile apps and custom software—so as soon as the team is in place we will be moving straight into production. What I need is a diverse group of about twenty professionals who can collectively cover every stage of the pipeline. Priority skill sets are: • Frontend development (React, Angular, Vue or similar) • Backend development (Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring, etc.) • App development (Flutter, React Native, native iOS/Android) • Plus complementary strengths in UI/UX, video editing, marketing, sales and general administration. You’ll be collaborating as a unit rather than as isolated freelancers; think of this as co-founding the technical wing of a studio that already has paying work queued up. Once the roster is finalised, project allocation, timelines and individual compensation arrangements will be discussed openly so everyone is clear on expectations before we kick off.
