Foodomaa Upgrade, Firebase & PayU

My Foodomaa installation is still running on a customised 5.8-dev branch of Laravel and I’m ready to bring everything up to date. I need the core moved to the latest stable Laravel release, treating it as a clean upgrade, so you don’t have to worry about tracking down or re-applying any previous tweaks—just start fresh with the newest Foodomaa build. While you’re in the codebase, I also want the Firebase module updated so that push notifications fire reliably from the new stack. All three notification categories—order updates, promotional messages and user account alerts—must be fully functional on both Android and iOS after the upgrade. Finally, integrate the PayU payment gateway. The flow should fit seamlessly into Foodomaa’s checkout, handle success and failure callbacks correctly and record each transaction in the platform’s existing order tables. Deliverables • Laravel core and Foodomaa upgraded to the latest released versions, fully tested • Firebase push notifications working for order updates, promos and account alerts • PayU gateway wired in with complete end-to-end test transactions • Brief upgrade/change log and hand-off notes so I can reproduce the setup on staging and production If you’ve tackled Foodomaa or similar Laravel marketplace scripts before and can work quickly without breaking running orders, let’s get started.
