Two core duties define the work. First, you will monitor incoming chats and give quick, friendly answers to every customer question. Second, you will push periodic updates—such as promos, reminders, or product news—so contacts stay engaged and informed. There are currently no canned replies or broadcast templates, so part of the scope is to create that foundation from scratch. I will share brand guidelines and product details; you will translate them into a clear set of response scripts as well as short-form announcement messages that can be reused and tweaked over time.
