Finish Firebase Taxi App

The core of my real-time taxi service app for England is already running on Firebase and is available in TestFlight and internal Android testing. Now I need an experienced mobile developer (or team) to tidy up the remaining details and guide it all the way into the App Store and Google Play. What’s left to do • UI adjustments – refine colour/theme, improve screen layouts, and unify font choices so the passenger and driver views look polished and consistent. • Bug fixes – remove the crashes I still see on some devices, smooth out performance hiccups, and resolve the occasional data-sync lag between driver location updates and the passenger map. • Feature enhancements – small quality-of-life tweaks that surfaced during testing (for example, better status messaging when a driver goes offline). Once those items are closed, I’ll need your help preparing the release builds, passing both stores’ review requirements, and setting up the live listings so passengers can download for free while drivers subscribe inside the app. The project is already wired into Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and real-time location updates, so experience with that stack is essential. Familiarity with both Apple and Google deployment pipelines, certificates, and app-store compliance will be critical for a smooth hand-off. I’ll grant full repo and store-account access, provide a detailed test report, and stay available for fast feedback. My acceptance criteria are simple: no crashes, fluid UI, reliable location/data sync, and approved listings live in both stores. If you’ve taken cross-platform apps from beta to production before, I’m ready to get started right away.
