I have a single-page Figma design ready and would like it reproduced as a clean, fully responsive HTML/CSS build. The page includes basic interactions—think hover effects, button states and a modest bit of vanilla JavaScript for elements such as a mobile menu or smooth scrolling. I need the final markup to render consistently in all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, plus their mobile versions) and adapt gracefully from desktop down to small phones. Please keep the code semantic, well-commented and easy for me to extend later.
