I have an existing set of drawings that no longer reflect what I need. Please take my current PDFs/DWG files and produce a fresh set of plans that: • Re-draw the house extension so the only new element is an enlarged living area. No extra bedrooms or bathrooms are required—just an accurately scaled, code-compliant living-space extension. • Overlay the extension on a site plan that clearly depicts the current terrain. I am not looking for a full garden makeover; I simply need the existing contours, gradients, and any key features (trees, retaining walls, paths) shown so the council and builder can see how the new footprint sits in the landscape. Deliverables 1. Updated floor plan with the extended living area. 2. At least one section and two elevations showing the junction between new and existing structure. 3. A landscape/site plan on the same sheet set that maps the present terrain. 4. Files in both PDF for review and DWG (or equivalent editable format) for future revisions. Acceptance criteria: drawings must be to scale, dimensioned in millimetres, and ready for submission to local planning. AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD are all fine—as long as the final DWG opens cleanly.
