Job Post: GTM, GA4 & Google Ads Tracking Expert Needed (Online + Offline Conversions) Title: GTM + GA4 + Google Ads Expert Needed for Full Tracking Setup (Online Sales, Leads, Calls & Offline CRM Integration) Description: I am looking for an experienced Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Google Ads tracking expert to audit, fix, and fully configure end-to-end tracking for my e-commerce business. We sell used engines and auto parts in the US, and we need 100% accurate tracking for both online and offline sales to improve Google Ads optimization and ROI. What We Need: 1. GTM & GA4 Setup Set up a clean GTM container Full GA4 configuration (recommended events and enhanced e-commerce) Track all conversion events: Add to cart Product view Begin checkout Form submission Call clicks Purchase event with value Lead event (phone and form) 2. Google Ads Conversion Tracking Connect GA4 to Google Ads Import all meaningful conversion events Create custom goals for high-value actions Implement dynamic conversion values for purchases Configure call tracking (call extensions and call tracking numbers) 3. Offline Conversion Tracking (CRM Integration) We need to track sales made outside the website through our CRM: Upload offline conversions from CRM to Google Ads Map leads → qualified leads → converted customers Track inbound phone calls that turn into sales Match GCLID / WBRAID / GBRAID with CRM data Optimize campaigns using both offline and online sales data 4. Testing & Quality Assurance Validate all events in GTM Preview mode Validate through Google Tag Assistant Test Google Ads conversion imports Ensure there are no duplicate or missing conversions Ensure all tracking improves ROAS and lead quality Our Goals: Track online and offline sales together Improve ROAS and lead quality Better optimization for Performance Max and Search campaigns Reduce wasted ad spend Build accurate remarketing audiences Improve inbound call attribution About the Business: E-commerce website selling used car engines and transmissions (USA market).
