I need a technically-minded prompt engineer to turn my existing knowledge base into a reliable WhatsApp AI agent powered by Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. The agent’s single job is to answer user queries clearly and accurately, drawing only on the content I provide so that hallucinations are kept to an absolute minimum. You may orchestrate the flow in n8n or write custom code—whichever delivers the cleanest, most maintainable solution. Besides plain text responses, the agent must recognise intent and push rich-media replies: videos, brochures and standard text messages on demand. Key goals • Integrate my custom KB with a retrieval-augmented pipeline that ensures up-to-date, source-grounded answers. • Craft and iterate system, user and assistant prompts until response quality is dependable under load. • Implement media handling so the agent can automatically attach or stream videos and PDFs when the query calls for them. • Provide concise documentation of the setup (API calls, environment variables, webhook configuration) so I can redeploy or extend it later.
