Everest 4.0.1 Secure Upgrade

I’m running Everest Advanced Edition 4.0.1 in a three-tier architecture—SQL Server 2005, an Everest Application Server/CRM Studio layer, and a ShopAdmin e-store on IIS. To satisfy current PCI requirements I need to: • Upgrade the database to SQL Server 2008 R2 (chosen version) and migrate all data without loss. • Enable TLS 1.2 end-to-end so every Everest component, integration, and reporting tool connects securely. • Redeploy the database, application server, and web front end onto fresh Windows Server VMs while keeping directory structure, scheduled jobs, and permissions intact. • Preserve the existing third-party integrations that Everest relies on—payment gateway, shipping service, and in-house reporting—verifying they still work after the move. • Hand over clear rollback scripts and a concise migration/validation checklist so future audits pass smoothly. You’ll get full remote access to staging VMs, current backups, and existing SSL certificates. I’m ready to start immediately and need the upgrade completed as soon as realistically possible, with at least one full round of post-migration testing before we deploy live. If you have direct experience upgrading Everest environments or similar legacy SQL Server stacks for PCI compliance, let’s talk today.
