My expectations 1. A site layout that shows optimal placement and traffic flow for every facility listed. 2. Scalable floor plans and sections that respect local building codes (I will supply regulations once we start). 3. High-quality 3D renders or walkthroughs to illustrate spectator views, athlete pathways and the overall look and feel. 4. A concise report explaining material choices, sustainability considerations and phased construction logic. Preferred tools are AutoCAD/Revit for drafts and either Lumion, Twinmotion or similar for the visuals, but I’m open to alternatives if they deliver the same clarity. Please include a portfolio piece that demonstrates you have tackled multi-sport or similarly complex sites before. If selected, we’ll begin with a quick concept sketch phase; once approved we’ll proceed to detailed CAD work and final renders.
