I need someone who can take full ownership of setting up our internal payroll team’s weekly meetings. Every Wednesday afternoon (US-Central), eight staff members in our Texas office come together and we rely on a single point of contact to secure a time that works for everyone, reserve a conference room or video link, issue calendar invites, send reminders, and pull any agenda items beforehand so our sessions stay tight and productive. You’ll work inside Outlook and Microsoft Teams—our standard stack—though if you prefer Google Calendar or Zoom I’m open to suggestions as long as everything syncs smoothly for the team. Because payroll deadlines are unforgiving, accuracy and punctuality are non-negotiable; missed invites equal missed pay runs. What a good week looks like: • By Monday noon you’ve confirmed availability and locked the slot. • By Tuesday you’ve emailed the agenda template and collected talking points. • One hour before we meet, automated reminders hit everyone’s inbox. • After we wrap, you drop the recording link and notes into our shared OneDrive folder. If you happen to bring experience managing payroll emails or attendance tracking, that could prove handy down the road, but the immediate focus is rock-solid meeting coordination.
