Here’s what I need you to take off my plate: • Set up and maintain the list inside MailChimp or Constant Contact (or a similar platform), handling imports, segmentation, and ongoing hygiene. • Design brand-consistent templates (we don’t have any yet) so every message looks professional and cohesive. • Write and schedule a short welcome series plus a recurring newsletter, refining subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action for the best open and click rates. • Create complementary ad assets inside the platform to support those emails and retarget subscribers where possible. I’m open to paying either an hourly rate or a flat monthly retainer; just let me know which structure you prefer when you reply. Ongoing reporting on performance, recommendations for improvement, and proactive list growth ideas will be part of the engagement.
