I need a complete web portal and companion mobile application that bring every core service of my elevator company into one seamless experience. The system must let users submit maintenance requests, arrange new-installation schedules, and view real-time car status from any device, while giving our technicians and back-office staff the tools they need to act on that data quickly. The same account should work across a browser-based portal as well as native iOS and Android apps. Customers must be able to open tickets, pick installation dates from live calendars, and watch live performance metrics for their lifts. Technicians need their own view to accept jobs, update progress, and capture signatures or photos on-site. Administrators require a central dashboard to manage users, assign technicians, push notifications, and generate reports.
