I want to bring a web and mobile experience to life that lets great teachers and the schools that need them connect in seconds, not days. The core of the build is a lightning-fast CV upload and filtering engine: teachers drop their résumé once, schools find the right match instantly. Three account types will drive the workflow—teachers, schools and a master admin role—each with its own dashboard and permission set. While the first release must nail the CV handling and intelligent search/filter logic, I’m happy to discuss adding job posts, application tracking, in-app messaging or calendar tools if they can be delivered without slowing time-to-market. I need clean, modern code that can scale, a responsive web front-end plus complementary iOS / Android apps, and deployment to a reliable cloud backbone.
