I’m building a single website that does two things equally well: it sells home goods and appliances online and it lets customers schedule home-repair services in the same, seamless experience. Here’s what I already know I need: shoppers must be able to search and filter the catalog quickly, leave ratings and reviews that display on each product or service page, and redeem discount codes or time-limited promotions at checkout. The service side should carry the same polish—real-time availability, simple booking flow, confirmation emails, and a dashboard where I can update slots or block out dates. Payment processing, inventory and booking management, responsive design and clear admin reporting are all essential. I’m open to the tech stack—whether you prefer WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or a custom Laravel/React build—so long as performance is solid and future scaling (adding new product lines or extra service regions) is straightforward.
