I need my Woodward Easygen 3500XT-P2 fully programmed and commissioned so it can run in parallel with an existing generator. The work centres on three core capabilities that must be proven in operation: load sharing, synchronisation, and voltage bias control. In addition, I want the set-up to expose speed bias, digital inputs and a reliable remote-start path so I can integrate the unit cleanly into the site PLC and SCADA. You will receive the current configuration file, wiring diagram and the generator’s electrical parameters. From there I expect: • A revised parameter file ready to upload to the Easygen 3500XT-P2 • Clear instructions on any required I/O terminations or jumper changes • Remote guidance during first start and paralleling test to confirm load sharing accuracy, breaker synchronisation within spec, and correct voltage/speed trim response Success is defined by both generators accepting load within the programmed kW and kVAr droop, synchronising automatically on each close command, and responding to remote-start signals without fault. If you are comfortable with Woodward ToolKit, CAN-bus diagnostics and on-line firmware updates, I can get you secure VPN access to the controller or arrange an on-site session—whichever you prefer.
