E-Commerce Website HTML/CSS Build

I’m ready to launch a new online store and need a developer who can handle the full HTML + CSS build from scratch. The goal is a clean, responsive e-commerce site that I can later connect to any back-end or CMS. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Page set: home, product grid, product detail, cart, checkout, basic about/contact. • Modern, mobile-first layout using semantic HTML5 and well-structured SCSS or vanilla CSS. • Reusable components for navigation, cards, buttons, and forms so expanding the catalog is easy. • Cross-browser testing for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, plus graceful degradation for IE11 if practical. • Lightweight animation or hover effects that enhance UX without hurting performance. • All assets, class naming, and comments organized so another developer can plug in the cart logic later. I’ve worked with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint before, but this project focuses strictly on HTML/CSS. If you have e-commerce design experience—especially with responsive grids and checkout UI—let’s discuss your approach, past work, and estimated timeline.
