Acceptance criteria • Widget loads in under two seconds on every page. • Automated replies cover at least 80 % of common sales inquiries identified in our FAQ. • Handoff to an agent requires no page reload and maintains full conversation history. • Cross-browser tests (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) show no layout shifts or console errors.
