We are seeking an experienced freelance drafting and design professional familiar with New Brunswick, Canada building codes to prepare two detailed construction-ready drawing packages. Scope of Work 1. Revision & Rescaling of Existing Drawing (Provided) An attached drawing will be supplied and must remain exactly as-is in layout and design. The drawing is to be accurately redesigned and scaled to fit a 20 ft x 30 ft concrete slab with footings. All dimensions, structural components, and layouts must be adjusted accordingly while preserving the original design intent. Must meet New Brunswick, Canada building code requirements for slab-on-grade with footings. 2.
